If you're a super-lean company our just starting out, you might not necessarily need a full-time recruiter but you'd rather outsource those job duties that take more than a few hours out of your week to an expert who can ably and seamlessly represent your company to candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience. 

Our services include but are not limited to:  

  • Creating job descriptions for each position
  • Developing a thorough sourcing and networking plan for the harder to place positions
  • Coordinating and posting all open positions on internet job boards
  • Making the “cold” calls to find the passive candidates
  • Sourcing for candidates using social media
  • Screening all resumes and applications
  • Scheduling and conducting candidate interviews
  • Submitting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Background and reference checks
  • Coordinating and negotiating offers of employment

Fee Structure

Hourly Contract Service – $75.00 per hour (10-hour per month minimum). This includes all our service offerings. We spend the amount of time you are comfortable with doing phone screens, follow-up calls, networking calls, Internet sourcing and pre-qualifying. You get a qualified candidate ready to interview.

Job Posting and Resume Screening Service – $250.00 per week. One position posted on a variety of job boards, such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, SimplyHired, LinkedIn, and more. After resumes have been screened for qualified candidates, those resumes are sent to the hiring manager. Additional $75.00 per week for each additional posting.
