I started Recruiting Ronin because I saw a need for startups to have a recruiting partner who is as passionate about innovation and disruption as they are, and is willing to work with the challenges - financial and otherwise- that startups face, especially in the early stages. 

The traditional recruiting agency model of charging upwards of 15% may be great for recruiters but it certainly puts a startup at a disadvantage. While my intent isn't to be a non-profit or charity organization for startups, I also feel strongly that truly visionary startups  shouldn't have to choose between hiring great people and paying an arm and a leg in recruiting fees in order to move the company to the next level.   

Any startup's success is the success of the rest of the startup community, and the startup community's overall success benefits everyone else, so I'm committed to using my expertise in talent recruitment to give startups a fighting chance at  success. 

At Recruiting Ronin, we love startups, but we're not just paying lip service when we say that. We put our money where our mouths are by rolling up our sleeves and getting into the trenches with startups ranging from bootstrapped companies that can't afford to hire a full-time recruiter to Series A's, B's and C's who need that extra bit of external support every now and then to scale to the next level.
