MONTHLY RETAINER + MINIMAL PLACEMENT FEE

  • ideal for early stage startups that have a skeleton crew and are not ready to hire a full-time in-house recruiter 
  • ideal for high-growth companies that have a large volume of roles to fill and want a dedicated recruiter to focus on these roles. 


FLAT FEE FOR  COMMISSIONED ROLES 

  • ideal for sales roles that have a base + commission structure.  
  • $7,000 flat fee per hire for 5 or less hires for the same roles (ex. lead gen, sales development reps) per year
  • $5,000 flat fee per hire for 6 or more hires for the same roles per year 


15% OF 1ST YEAR SALARY FOR  SALARIED ROLES  (NON-EXCLUSIVE)

10% OF 1ST YEAR SALARY FOR SALARIED ROOLES (EXCLUSIVE)
